Warranty & RMA Policy

All promotional products carry a lifetime warranty for replacement unless noted in the product description. For warranty claims, please follow the return procedure.

General Return Policy

For us to stay competitive, offer the best service and the lowest price, we follow our return policy strictly and do not make any exceptions. Corporate Promotions Unlimited does not offer a money-back guarantee on any customized/logo imprinted product. Shipping is non-refundable under all circumstances, an exception may be made if Corporate Promotions Unlimited made an error in the entering the address or shipping method, but only for an adjustment.

Customers agree to report lost or damaged shipping claims to Corporate Promotions Unlimited within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of any possible remedy from Corporate Promotions Unlimited.

Corporate Promotions Unlimited does not offer advanced replacement.

Customers must pay for return shipping on all returns, including DOA product.

Refused Shipments

Refused Shipments are not accepted.
