The only complaint I have is that when my credit card turned down my first oder due to a different shipping address, I had to spend a total of about 20 minutes on the phone finding this out. I would have appreciated an email or phone call telling me this so I could make the appropiate changes to get my order sooner. The folks I did talk to when I called about my order were very helpful and pleasent to do buisness with. I will keep your site bookmarked so I can order in the future!! Keep up the good work CPUMART! :)

Was advertised as an ATI Radeon 9600 SE card. Was sent a Powercolor Radeon 9550 SE with ATI technology. Asked them why, and they said that the 9600 was replaced by the 9550. As of today (2/8/05), it is still listed on CPUMART as a 9600, although they no longer list it as an ATI product. Maybe not baitnswitch, but as close as you can get without getting busted....
